I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel: cleanliness, responsiveness, staff friendliness, and comfort were all present. It also has many advantages, such as its proximity to the airport, and the staff are very flexible with travelers’ needs for late departures or very early arrivals. As a foreign tourist, I recommend this hotel to all international travelers. The traffic is like in any Mumbai, but once in the comfort of the room, everything else fades.

The hotel works fine for a 2‑3 day stay, but for longer visits it feels more suited to Indians than Europeans or Russians because the service mindset of the staff differs from what Russians or Europeans expect. Cleanliness is lacking; it's not terribly dirty, just tolerable, and staying more than 2‑3 days would be hard unless you bring your own cleaning supplies to tidy the room yourself.
