The room had a pleasant ambience, was clean, the service was timely, and the food was good and hygienic; however, the approach road to the hotel is not proper because of nearby railway station construction work.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The only drawback is that it’s right next to the train station.

I was women traveller with kids. The staff was very nice and helped us. The security even escorted us to the railway station which was close by. There was power failure and lifts were not working for 2 hours. They should have some back up

The mattress was comfortable, dinner was good, staff were polite, but I was not informed about the 10 % discount on food and beverage that was offered to me.
