“Agradable lugar”

The staff were attentive, the location was good, and the facilities were solid. The damp smell, likely tied to the cave‑like setting, was noticeable. Getting there was tough if you had a lot of luggage, especially since it sits in the historic center.

The spot was great and had a nice vibe. It was clean and pleasant, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness of providing a fan and dehumidifier when there was no AC. The staff replied super fast, which was reassuring. They added a breakfast voucher and a gift, which was a nice touch. The dehumidifier was there, but the high windows couldn’t be closed, so humidity stayed high. The door shade could be lowered, yet you could see the bed from the gap, and I felt peered at a few times. After arriving, I had to call them to get a keypad code to unlock the key box; the delay left me uncertain in the heat, and a quick heads‑up 5‑10 minutes before would help. The stairwell near the entrance was a bit scary.

We stayed in a unique place that felt like a small “cave.” Even though it was 35 °C outside and there was no air conditioning, the indoor climate was surprisingly comfortable. The typical Italian breakfast at a nearby café was delicious. It was a little damp, which isn’t shocking for this type of accommodation. Everything else was clean, cozy, and fine. A beautiful and extraordinary experience we enjoyed! The bathroom was a bit awkward because it opens upward, making it feel less private than a normal bathroom. The scent in the room was also quite strong, perhaps trying to mask a stale or damp odor.

“Même si la chambre est jolie, je ne conseille pas cette endroit.”

The room was a small stone‑cut space, truly tiny with no room to move. Communication about our arrival was awful; we got the first info 25 minutes after the official check‑in time and were told to park somewhere that cost us €30 plus €15 to be taken to our room because it was poorly marked. On top of that, we received the wrong code to get the room key. After nearly an hour in 40 °C before we could finally enter, the room had no AC and was very humid. We even found a rubber eraser in the bed.

“Caliente y humedo”

The location is good. The room’s humidity is alarming, there is no air conditioning, and there isn’t enough space to store guests’ clothes properly.
