Friendly staff, great ambience, solid breakfast. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, just off the main street. The room was soundproof. I didn’t see a lift and the stairs are a little treacherous, so watch your step. No elevator isn’t a deal‑breaker if you’re only 1–2 flights up and can walk.

This hotel is a gem. In a beautiful historic building near the Orleans train station, it offers spacious, comfortable rooms and an optional but excellent breakfast. We loved the interior decor, the helpful staff, and the location. Highly recommended.

Good breakfast in a warm setting. The large attic room is nice, but the bathroom isn’t very practical for a shower because of the low ceiling height.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, very good location near the station and in the old town. The bathroom is very small and there was no warm duvet (it was a bit cold in October), otherwise everything was fine.
