“Не коштує своїх грошей”
The lobby had a cat, but the surprises began at reception: the spa only offered a pool and sauna, the hammam was paid, and you could only enter the pool with a hat that costs 200 lira at the spa entrance. The pool was icy, the hammam was inaccessible even though the receptionist said it was available if mentioned in the reservation (they opened it immediately after payment, so we couldn't use it). We booked this place mainly for the pool and hammam, but it was full of surprises. The first room was terrible; a hostel felt better, but finding a bed bug was the final straw. We were moved down one floor, where cigarette smoke seeped directly into the bed, and the heater never worked. Overall, this hotel is not worth booking, you won’t enjoy your stay, the location isn’t great, and it’s 50 minutes from the center.
