Since our last visit, the bed has become much more comfortable and parking is now included in the room rate. The room was clean, and breakfast and dinner food were good. The coffee, however, was not very good, and guests arriving later at breakfast found fewer options than the buffet seemed to offer.

We arrived at the hotel right on time for check‑in and were given a room on the sixth floor. I tried to call the spa to book a massage, but the phone only worked after disconnecting it from the wall and reconnecting it. Eventually I managed to call, but the receptionist was very unfriendly and impatient, explaining that there were no slots left for a regular massage. When I asked for a different treatment, she was not eager to help. The spa was unusually crowded, the jacuzzi ran for only 15 minutes every half hour, the water was too cold for the weather, and the chairs were old. It was just disappointing. We had to move to a room with a noisy source of heat; we discovered that heating is turned on only from 20:00, with no option to change that (it finally turned on at 21:00). In the shower we found the water pressure was extremely weak – impossible to shower properly. The hotel staff did not speak English and could not help. They promised a maintenance person would arrive, but he never did.

Breakfast and dinner were both fine. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant pipe odor in the bathroom.
