Owner was on hand whenever I needed something, and parking was free – that was a relief. The place itself was pretty dirty, and the name made me think it was a university property, which it isn’t. I booked thinking it was run by the University of Ottawa, only to find out it’s private. So, helpful but not clean and a bit confusing.
