The spot is spot on and the price is a steal, but parking costs RM 5 a day for no reason, and there’s no wall fan for those who want to sleep under the AC. The air conditioner blows straight into your face, making it hard to breathe, too cold, and can even make you sick.

The staff were super friendly and helped me pay for parking online; check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and the elevator was handy for heavy luggage. I appreciated the iron, Coway, and FreeFlow snacks, and the shower had a working heater. However, the building feels old, the AC is ancient with no remote—manual toggling is required—and the toilet and main doors lock poorly. A few months ago I stayed elsewhere at a similar price and it felt newer and more comfortable. On the second night a loud engine‑like noise came from upstairs, probably the old AC, but it didn’t ruin my trip. I just wish the rate was 20–30 ringgit lower.
