“Great location and friendly staff”

We enjoyed our stay; Alexander at reception was very friendly and helpful, Victoria from the kitchen ensured breakfast was always fresh and well stocked, and George was very welcoming. The hotel is in a great spot, just a 3‑minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. The amusement park next to the hotel can be quite noisy, so earplugs are a good idea. 😄 The only improvement would be the housekeeping system, especially for short stays.

“Tussenstop met de auto in Sunny Beach”

Good value for money at a nice location, decent breakfast, a nice pool, and private parking. There are few foreign tourists in the hotel, mostly Bulgarians. Ideal if you want a quiet place without too many (outbound) tourists. The staff were very helpful but didn’t speak English, which isn’t a problem but good to know. The room might be a bit basic, but for the price you pay it’s fine. A trash bin in the room would have been handy.

The hotel sits right on the promenade, close to a playground and the beach. However, cleaning only happened every three days, which is unreasonable, there were no fresh towels, the balcony door got stuck and wasn’t fixed, the shower leaked and flooded the floor, and loud music from a nearby park and clubs could be heard.

Last year we stayed at this hotel again, and they gave us the same room we wanted; that was a thoughtful touch, thanks. The breakfast could use a bit more variety.

The staff were very friendly, flexible and helpful, always willing to assist with anything from changing rooms to refilling supplies, luggage storage or planning routes, and they were patient and courteous. The vibe felt family‑like. The location was good, just a few meters from the shore. The breakfast was tasty and varied. We didn’t get the room we had booked at first, but after we mentioned it, the staff quickly and kindly swapped us for a larger room. There was no hot shower ready, but once we asked, they supplied one.
