“An incredible place to reconnect with nature, offering privacy, comfort and breathtaking scenery.”
The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature with complete peace and quiet. There is no noise or light pollution, making it the perfect place to disconnect and relax. The chalets are spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and offer excellent privacy, as they are well separated from each other. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the outdoor jacuzzi was the highlight of the stay. Relaxing while overlooking the forest and, at night, admiring the incredibly clear starry sky was unforgettable. The river is another fantastic feature, with crystal-clear water, beautiful natural pools and a very peaceful atmosphere. A note for future guests: the access road is quite challenging, so I highly recommend arriving in an SUV or another vehicle with good ground clearance. Low cars may struggle on the road, especially after rain. Cleanliness could be improved. There were hairs in the bathroom sink drain when we arrived, and the curtains had large bird-dropping stains. I understand that the chalets are surrounded by nature, but details like these should receive more attention, especially in a property of this standard. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Although I had read many positive reviews, the selection was limited and several items ran out early on both mornings. The staff member serving breakfast appeared overwhelmed and insufficiently trained. The worst part was receiving an omelette with a hair in it, which raised concerns about hygiene. The quality of the coffee was also below expectations. It tasted like a low-quality pre-ground supermarket coffee, overly roasted with a burnt flavour rather than the natural characteristics of good coffee. For a property of this standard, serving a better-quality coffee—ideally a locally roasted specialty coffee—would make a significant difference to the overall experience
