The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and linens were changed daily. I want to point out that the window didn’t close properly, so I could hear all the outside noise. There was no quiet hour in the hotel; the noise was loud, even the cleaning ladies were noisy. The Wi‑Fi was very weak, barely usable. The room was cold—I learned I couldn’t set the heating because the hotel had it locked to a standard setting. Breakfast was poor, not varied, and I ate the same items every day. The most annoying part was that the nearest bus stop was about 10‑15 minutes away, and you’d have to walk uphill; if you have luggage or a child, I wouldn’t recommend it. I also received a WhatsApp message after booking that we would get an upgrade, but we didn’t, and the noise made it hard to rest.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and impressively clean! Every evening I was pleased to return to a spotless room. The location was also good.

The room was clean, the furniture was excellent, and the staff were great. The location was very bad, the sound insulation was terrible, and the room was cramped; the bedding was too small for one person.
