The location is good, just a 10‑15 minute walk from the town centre, and the price is great. The bed sheets are very comfortable. However, the reviews are overly generous; the place looks very old and worn. It needs a bit of refurbishment, but for the price it’s understandable.

The lovely hosts made our stay really special, and the room was spotless and comfortable. We loved the balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view. It was a great base for exploring the area.

This place is in a great spot, close to all the action. The rooms are spotless and the staff is super helpful. I got some great tips from Huy, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Plus, there's a lovely lake just a short walk away with some nice spots to grab a bite or a drink.

We got an amazing deal on this place, and it was totally worth it. The room was small but clean and comfy, and it was actually really quiet considering how loud the city is. The owner was super friendly and helped us book tours and transportation. The only downside was the Mekong Delta tour, which was a bit of a letdown - it was just a bunch of tourists and trash everywhere.
