The place gives good bang for the buck, the host is super friendly, the spot’s spot-on, and there’s an elevator. The bathroom had a nasty smell, the AC was hard to dial in, and the extra bed and pillows were downright uncomfortable.

The room was spacious, spotless, in a great spot, and the welcome was warm. Nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, the staff courteous and always available. The area is a dense hub of shops, restaurants, and nightlife—quite noisy, but that's just Naples. Breakfast was excellent, though the building feels a bit dated.
