“Prachtig”

This resort is beautiful, with a huge natural area full of unique wildlife. The food is delicious, the pool is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Tech enthusiasts should definitely ask about the Batticaloa model railway—an impressive model train installation worth seeing. A wonderful place where hospitality and nature come together.

The AC didn’t work on the first night, making it too hot. They swapped my room for the second night, and it worked fine.

“It was a nice place with good food. But now the standard has come down a little”

We ate dinner and breakfast, grabbing a few bites that were overall great, but the snacks we ordered were too bland and didn't match what we asked for. We never used the pool. The room itself was solid and comfy, though the kettle still had leftover water and we had to ask someone to clean it. There was no TV in the room, which feels basic for a hotel. When we checked in, no one handed us the Wi‑Fi password, so we assumed there was none. We've stayed here many times before and the service and food quality have dropped noticeably. The location in Batticola is still nice and quiet, but please keep the standards up.

“Une très belle chambre familiale avec vue sur le lagon et proche de la piscine”

The staff were very helpful, the family room was pretty nice, modern, well equipped, spacious and close to the lovely pool. The service in the hotel and at the restaurants was a bit slow.

“Nice and comfortable”

It’s in a big park with a pool, trees and animals. Close to Kallady Bridge and to the beach. The houses are very well designed and practical. The restaurant had very long waiting times (more than 1 hour if not ordered in advance) and mixed up orders
