The staff were friendly and attentive, the location was ideal, the hotel grounds were well kept and spacious, and the rooms were comfortable. The open pool was very warm. The wildlife—deer, ducks, moose, and sheep—was a real delight. Breakfast was incredibly tasty and varied. Two excellent restaurants were on site. There were no mosquitoes. Security and many cameras gave a sense of safety. On the downside, there were a lot of wasps and bees, and construction noise on the property was a temporary annoyance but not critical.

The balcony offered a nice view. There was nothing else to add.

Breakfast was delightful. The spa was nice. The entrance to the hotel was a bit awkward.

Clean, well-presented, tasty, and with enough staff. The spa and master classes were great. The outdoor jacuzzi with heated water and a mountain view was a separate highlight that I really liked; I want to return. The only drawback was that the saunas only open at 4 pm.
