After more than twenty years away, I returned for a few days before heading to Butlins in Minehead; on the first night we dined, and Collette’s Fish was absolutely amazing—the batter was perfect and I told her so; my husband ordered a burger and chips; dinner scored a 10/10. Breakfast was also a 10/10, with a full English for both of us that we loved; we enjoyed two great nights overall. The staff were flawless—Brad was polite and chatty like me, and Collette, the owner, was lovely and accommodating; I wish her all the best in future endeavors. There was nothing I didn’t like.
