The old place was just lovely and calm, surrounded by beautiful nature and with courteous staff. The downside was the noise in the hallways – I woke up at 03:30 because people were walking down the corridor.

A dreamlike property with super nice hosts. The only thing was that everything was already perfect.

A dreamlike, peaceful setting right on the water in the middle of nature, yet close to Plön. The estate is wonderfully restored with a keen eye for detail. Breakfast was lovingly prepared and creatively delicious, showing that the farm‑produced items are organic and carefully processed. Coffee is available all day for a small fee. The Wi‑Fi is a bit weak when all guests are online at once; that didn’t bother me because I was swimming or walking at that time.

The old place is beautiful. We could swim in the lake. The weather – not great.
