Ubicazione dell'appartamento. La doccia era impraticabile per la muffa. Non ho ben presente cosa si intendesse per ristrutturato. Separazione degli appartamenti adiacenti con parete di polistirolo!

Non sono riuscito ad entrare, il proprietario molto cortese mi ha detto che vi è stato un errore da parte di Booking, mi hanno rimborsato tutto

La posizione è parecchio comoda. La cucina in condivisione può essere uno spazio per conoscere altri ospiti della struttura. Inoltre l'appartamento è in una zona ben fornita e ricca di parcheggi gratuiti. Poco lontano c'è un ottimo ristorante ( Pizzeria Sotto Casa) dove fanno sia pizza che cucina straniera (mi pare Etiope, ma non vorrei sbagliarmi). Nella via a fianco alla struttura c'è il Centro Sociale Pedro, dove nelle giuste sere si può andare ad ascoltare musica dal vivo o a suonare in jam session. Inoltre la struttura dista circa una mezzora a piedi dal centro, ed è adatta a chi è disposto a camminare un po' per evitarsi il caos e i costi del parcheggiare in centro. C'erano diverse stanze affittate nello stesso appartamento, per cui la mattina mi è toccato aspettare un po' prima di potermi lavare

The place was pretty decent for the price I paid; the bed sheets and towels were clean and everything we needed was supplied. It’s near the main train and bus station, so moving around was easy. The host was friendly and kept checking that we were okay, and the AC worked well. I had read scary reviews beforehand and was skeptical, but the actual experience was far better than I imagined. I would have liked a clearer entrance by removing the furniture behind the main door and better mattresses and pillows.

The only redeeming part was the lady who welcomed me kindly and the place was clean. I was terrified; the area was awful and there was a party all night that sounded like it was in the room. It was the first time I didn’t sleep a single minute all night. The cigarette smell was horrible, I was truly traumatized and it’s not suitable for a single woman.
