The room was really great value! Being right next to the park is very nice too. The only downside is one of the front desk workers is very rude and never responds kindly to a question, but the front desk worker with glasses was very, very sweet and tried to be helpful.

The room was tidy and pleasant. The vending machine claimed to have bread but only offered a single type, so it would be better not to list it at all. There’s also a mysterious kitchen marked “not for use,” which makes me wonder when it will ever be available.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff handled everything politely, making my consecutive business trips very pleasant. For the price, this business hotel was excellent, with shampoo, conditioner, body soap in bottles and even bath additives. I booked confidently after reading the good reviews, and the subway from Sapporo Station is just one stop away, making it ideal for solo travelers or business guests. I wish the hanging space for clothes were a bit larger, but for business use it was acceptable. Directions from the nearest station were a little confusing, yet the hotel staff helped kindly over the phone. The only inconvenience was the lack of a nearby convenience store.
