Need better response to the clients, it took 1h to find someone to give us the keys. No reception wrong location on the map

The front desk was located in a separate building, and the staircase was extremely steep, making it unsuitable for disabled or older guests. My room was only cleaned twice during the 15‑day stay, and I paid 20 000 Baht for 15 nights, which feels like gouging for this place.

“Disappointed!”

The location works well for beach, shops, and transport. Breakfast was very basic: one fried egg, two slices of toast with a small amount of butter, two sausages, two small pieces of watermelon, and you could choose either a cup of coffee or a glass of juice, not both. Extra butter cost 15 Baht, an extra fried egg 25 Baht, etc., which seemed stingy. Tables were rarely wiped; staff only removed dirty plates left by previous guests, showing a lack of hospitality training. Smiles were scarce, and service felt robotic. I even saw a staff member sitting on the kitchen floor with hands on the ground, raising doubts about hand hygiene. The first room we received looked nothing like the photos; it seemed unused or uncleaned for a long time, with no table, only one nightstand, a dusty long shelf, a poor wardrobe, and dust on top. I had to go to the reception in another building to report it. The receptionist was helpful and let us switch to the next room. That room was slightly better, but I still had to clean the long shelf myself and ask housekeeping to clean the wardrobe. Housekeeping explained they lacked staff because it was low season. Ironically, before arrival I received a message that everything was ready, but the reality was the opposite.

The room size, cleanliness, and location are good. No negatives.

The guesthouse is excellent; the room is huge and clean, and the bathroom is a good size. The air conditioner is a bit noisy.
