The elevator was broken, so we had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor, and we only found out about this after we arrived; no one told us beforehand. I had to book another place on short notice, which was a hassle, and there was only one staff member on site. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I never actually stayed there; they called saying the elevator was broken and let me cancel for free, yet I was still charged and haven’t received a refund.
