The cleanliness was notable, but we booked Alba b&b under the “Hotel + Breakfast” category and received an apartment instead. We didn’t get the access information by email beforehand; we were standing outside a residential block at night, unsure where the hotel was, and after calling we were only told via WhatsApp where the key box was. Breakfast was served with pre‑packed items and coffee pods, which was a disappointment. There was no personal contact, everything was handled through WhatsApp.
The accommodation was clean, but it was too far from the center. The shared terrace with two other apartments offered no privacy, and the air conditioning was broken.

The room was spotless and well maintained, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious—everything was perfect!
