The view of the Bay from our room was incredible! Friendly, helpful staff. It is a great location if you want to explore the city, the market, and the beautiful bay, but it is far from the cruise terminal. We prefer to stay in the city before going on a cruise because there is much more to do and see there than by the terminal

We were in town for the marathon, so the location was spot on, but the breakfast only offered local dishes—no Western options at all.

The hotel was very clean and in a good spot, and the beds were comfortable; unfortunately, there was no breakfast buffet, only a menu to choose from.

The receptionists spoke English and were very helpful, the hotel sits close to restaurants, the sea, and shops, and the rooms are clean with a nice view; the only downside is the lack of a French TV channel, even though we weren’t there to watch TV.

The location is convenient, right in the city center, near Ha Long market and Vincom Ha Long, and the breakfast is pretty good though the variety is a bit limited; the staff are enthusiastic and polite.
