The hotel was good for a one‑night stay by car because of the parking, and the breakfast offered omelette, sausages, hard‑boiled eggs, cheese, ham, vegetables, and fruit – everything was fine.
The staff were pleasant and the location was nice for a trip to Vlešič, but the room equipment was poor and lacking except for the bed; the pool and sauna were not working.
There was nothing good to say – the bathroom, while modern, uses a hose flush instead of a tank, which is disgusting; the hotel sits isolated, requiring a car to reach Travnik on a narrow, poorly lit road, the rooms are huge and empty‑feeling with a tiny wardrobe‑sized cabinet, no receptionist was present at noon, and after half an hour we had to call and get the cleaning lady, who didn’t speak English, to hand us the key; the carpeted floors were barely cleaned, the beds lacked fitted sheets and only had a mattress cover, the walls were dirty, breakfast was meagre with almost spoiled fruit and no sweets, and despite being called a hotel‑restaurant there was no restaurant at all – better pay more elsewhere than endure this dump.
The accommodation and staff were extremely friendly.
The location is quiet outside the city, the gentleman at reception was very friendly, and the rooms are modern and spacious.
