The breakfast was good. Without a car the place isn’t very easy to reach, but I didn’t bother too much because I drove myself. The beds were very soft, which could be painful for someone with back problems. Since a B&B is usually booked for only a few nights, that won’t really be noticeable during the main stay.

The couple was incredibly kind and chatty. The kitchen was nicely stocked and fresh bread was delivered each morning. The rooms were really good for the price. The pool was cleaned daily by a robot. The place is surrounded by breathtaking high mountains. The air‑conditioning worked well in both rooms. For us, a top mattress would have helped. During two days in the middle of our holiday, the power went out in the afternoon for a short while a couple of times.

Our car broke down on the way to the place and I let the B&B know, which caused us to check in late. We were welcomed with open arms and helped. We received a free room upgrade. For the next days we didn’t have a car, so we borrowed the owner’s bikes, borrowed his car, and he kept offering to drive us somewhere. They’re wonderfully kind people in a lovely quiet setting. The pool is a nice spot to unwind. I would definitely recommend this B&B!

The host is very nice. In summer you can use the pool. The room was a bit small and sparsely furnished for three people. The expectations for a B&B weren’t met. In the breakfast room there’s a fridge filled with packaged goods, some of which are partially opened for self‑service. So the kitchen is not quite tidy and you have to cook everything yourself.
