The breakfast alone is tasty and the old gentleman’s service is good. However, the place is dirty, smells bad, the bed is old and the mattress is damaged, the walls have dampness, the bathroom is messy, the cistern is damaged, the shower doesn’t work well, and the bathroom was very cramped. It’s far from everything and getting there is hard because you have to go down some dark alleys. The old lady isn’t friendly. Overall it’s a neglected spot and they don’t take care of arriving guests.

“A quiet spacious room overlooking Lake Atitlan”

The room was spacious and came with a lovely breakfast of eggs, avocado, mole, fried banana, and a side of coffee. The lake views were beautiful and it was relatively quiet. The location was a bit farther from the main town but it was easy to reach by tuktuk, which helped keep the noise down.

The area is very tranquil and the breakfast was delicious; for that price I’d recommend it 100%.

The staff are very friendly (Felix and Rosaria)! The breakfast is great. The place is pleasant. It’s a little off‑center, basic comfort, you shouldn’t worry about spiders, and there is no kitchen access.
