Marjac Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront

We were double‑booked and never got a refund, which ruined our vacation. The place felt very old and gross.

“The receptionist & the housekeepers I interacted with were very helpful.”

The room was oceanfront, the cable worked fine, and all appliances were functional—no bugs at all. However, the top covers on the beds were unclean, and the pull‑out couch needs replacement.

The property was oceanfront, but the floors were not clean.

“It was nice to get away to the beach, the location was nice.”

I liked the location, but the first room was dirty with hair on the pillows, the floors were filthy, and the TV in the living room wouldn’t work. I was moved to another room, and the front door was broken—literally held together by screws, and you could push the top of it in without it unlocking.
