The hotel is very well located and the service is excellent. The breakfast is a complete spread. I have no complaints about the attention received, but there were two situations where I would have liked better treatment: 1- we had an issue with the vehicle battery and the receptionist, instead of offering help, was very insistent on pointing out the discomfort we were causing. 2- they have a limited number of parking cards, so each time someone leaves or arrives they must return the card.

Location, spacious and clean rooms, and a hearty breakfast are positives. The parking space is paid separately. The room rate could include parking.

Everything was excellent from arrival to departure, and Paula, the receptionist who welcomed us, explained everything super clearly. Regarding the facilities for our stay, nothing to say, a perfect 10. We couldn't enjoy the restaurant for dinner but we did for breakfast; they have everything, fresh fruit, fresh cold cuts, very complete. We took advantage of the beautiful morning and ate on the terrace.
