The staff were attentive, especially Andrea at reception who was very kind and always ready to give local tips and visit suggestions—10 out of 10. The bathroom mirror area lacked proper lighting.

The location was great and breakfast was normal, but the room was only average; it didn’t have toiletries when we requested room service, had just one power outlet that didn’t work, and the overall condition was mediocre.

The room was spacious, but a young receptionist didn’t help us open the door when we arrived with luggage, didn’t give us a key card to unlock the room, and explained that they had no more keys.

The spot was great and the room was comfy, but there was no hair dryer or mirror, and breakfast was barely enough; a local specialty would have been nice.
