The location is very convenient, walking distance to the beach and food shops. Street parking is free. The hotel is very clean, high standards, easy to find and in a safe area. Customer service was absolutely helpful and brilliant and we were welcomed with a cold bottle of water :)

The spot’s location is great if you want to be close to Margate seafront and town, and the decor is lovely with friendly staff. However, the shower temperature swings wildly—just a millimetre change makes it either too hot or too cold. Towels are very thin, Wi‑Fi never worked, and the bed was uncomfortable because two Divan mattresses were jammed together, leaving a noticeable gap and an extremely firm feel.
