We loved how beautiful, peaceful and intimate the property felt. The boutique style, attention to detail and rustic Mediterranean charm made it feel really special. It was the perfect place to switch off, relax and enjoy a slower pace of life. We also loved its location in the charming town of Artà, which felt authentic and full of character. I stayed at this B&B right in the heart of Arta, so getting around the city was a breeze. Nothing to complain about.

“Overall, the experience was very disappointing.”

The rooms were sleek and modern, but our experience fell short of the high‑level image the riad promised. They marketed concierge‑style service, a hammam/spa, and a generous breakfast, yet it seemed the place was run by two very young people who didn't look like professional hospitality staff. The room was only lightly tidied, and we felt it was properly cleaned only on our last day. Access was frustrating—sometimes no one answered the door, and the access code was not explained to us when we arrived. Perhaps we were there during an unusual period, but overall the experience felt improvised and far from the high‑level service that was advertised. We left very disappointed.

“Heerlijke plek”

A lovely room facing the garden, right in the heart of the city, and a fantastic breakfast. The only downside I can see is that if you’re on the street side, you might hear the school across the road.
