The location was perfect for the theatre, which was the main reason we chose Blackpool. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful with both hot and cold options; we really enjoyed our stay there, thanks.

The place is superb, an absolute “Jem” guest house in Blackpool, clean, with fab hosts, only five minutes from the tower or the beach. The breakfast was a wow, the best we’ve had at many hotels we’ve stayed in—just incredible. The hosts were kind and accommodated our three grandchildren. The family room had games, toys, books, and a fridge. The sheets were lovely and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Very, very highly recommend and we will be back ASAP with the rest of our family. The only downside was having to go home after enjoying our family time somewhere lovely.

The hospitality was excellent. The location is really central and close to the front. Breakfast was lovely with many options. The room was lovely with many added touches and very child‑friendly. We will 100 % return.

The location is excellent, just five minutes from Blackpool Tower and very close to the Winter Gardens and Houndshill shopping centre. The owners were very friendly and we were upgraded to a larger family room on our last day. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the buffet breakfast was delicious every morning. We will definitely book this hotel again when we return to Blackpool.
