The location was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. The service was frustrating – it was hard to get understood, and we had to repeat requests multiple times before they were addressed. For instance, we asked several times for our room to be cleaned but it never happened. They also said our laundry would be ready at 1 pm, yet when we returned at 8 pm nobody knew where our clothes were. We were exhausted by the end, though the staff were kind.

Everything. Nothing.

The breakfast, the views and the location were all good, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was spacious with a fantastic view. It was a bit tricky to locate by taxi and there were many steps to navigate.

The location, view, and staff were good, but it was cold, cold, cold.
