The decor is nice, the staff are good, especially the cleaning ladies. The manager didn’t explain how to access the facilities, some decor looked tired and wasn’t attractive, e.g. the courtyard.

The location was great, close to the subway station, shopping mall, bus stop, and train station, making it very convenient.

The value for money was unbeatable, with a fantastic location, excellent cleanliness, and great staff service; I couldn't believe a four‑star hotel offered such service at this price. If I ever go back to Dalian, I will definitely return to this hotel because it sits right behind the Dalian Exhibition Hall and a shopping street, which is convenient for both shopping and walking. Walking to Zhongshan Square and the train station takes less than five minutes. The only complaint was that the blanket on the bed felt a bit warm; otherwise, nothing else bothered me.
