The location was okay, but the staff were miserable and unhelpful, rooms were too small, and the place wasn’t modern.

I had an amazing stay and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. I was travelling as part of a group of six, and the staff handled this effortlessly, making everything feel easy and well organised. They were absolutely exceptional, personable, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One standout was the shuttle bus service, which was incredibly well run and convenient, with both free and paid options available, making getting around stress-free. Upon checkout, the team were so accommodating and happy for us to wait comfortably while we arranged transport, which really reinforced how thoughtful and guest-focused they are. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I was truly impressed, would love to stay again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others

The staff are super helpful and are there to help you enjoy your stay at the hotel but also you time at Hakuba. Happo is a short walk, there’s a free shuttle to Hakuba47 directly outside. Free shuttles to other resorts nearby. Breakfast incl in the room rate. Very little there was no tv which is not really a bad thing. Yet that’s the only real issue I could think of
