The spot is fine, but when we checked in the staff member was smoking a lit cigarette behind the counter, filling the reception with smoke. The pillows were thick and hard, so none of us could use them; we brought our own pillows or we wouldn’t have slept. As a frequent business traveler, this was the most uncomfortable night I’ve ever had.

We’ve stayed here before, so choosing to return was obvious; the staff are lovely and the facilities are good. The only downside was the TV, which was a bit small.

Parmi les logements que j'ai testés sur Rotorua, Apex on fenton est devenu le meilleure d'entre tous. Les patrons sont CARRÉMENT sympa, dans le logement y'a tout ce dont on a besoin, c'est confortable, une petite cuisine juste ce qu'il faut pour le petit déj, des lits confortable un petit coin salon, et le parking juste devant la porte de la chambre. Franchement, pas déçu. Et rapport qualité/ prix au top.On adore. Assuré, on revient l'année prochaine. Merci pour l'accueil Apex on fenton. Pas loin de la ville mais en voiture c'est mieux. Rien à dire! Juste Parfait
