Everything was top‑class: the reception was very warm, the apartment was immaculate, the whole staff including the housekeepers were friendly, the wellness area was nice, breakfast was good, parking was huge, the beds were comfortable – I’ll definitely return. Everything was very good.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and the attached restaurant (Schweitzer) is outstanding – we’ve been to Oberstaufen many times but rarely had such a good meal as at Schweitzer! Super 👍. The WC/bathroom is cramped (we had a Superior double room) and the shower in the bathtub isn’t suitable for many older guests. The hotel also lacks a charging station for electric cars, which is essential today and for future travellers with cars.
