Daily room cleaning, great location, convenient, close to the tram (the charming Zurich cable car) Albisriederplatz that takes you anywhere in Zurich (1 minute, 90 meters), near Kuhn Bristo (wonderful breakfast café with affordable prices), close to Migros supermarket, room size is good. Unfortunately the air conditioning problem is recurring, it doesn’t work; the staff responded quickly, bringing a good fan to the room, but we paid for air conditioning and didn’t get it! We were lucky that it wasn’t too hot.

The location isn’t central, yet the hotel’s front door offers several tram lines, including the one that stops at the Central Station, which makes it very convenient to reach the airport or the old town. It looks like a newly renovated building with cutting‑edge tech, full of surprising details such as a TV that has a mini‑screen in the bathroom mirror and the room lighting. The breakfast is very good and à la carte; although at certain times you may have to wait a bit, it’s worth it for the temperature and quality of the products, and it closes at 13:30 on weekends. The staff are very attentive, both at reception and in the restaurant. Even the courtyard feels like a lovely little garden. I can’t say I didn’t like it, but you have to remember that it’s not a new building and lacks common areas for a “hotel life,” except for a small café‑restaurant that isn’t very spacious.

I had a great experience at the hotel. I especially want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the morning receptionist. Even while attending to several guests, she was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. Excellent service — it really made a difference. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. My only suggestion for improvement concerns discretion during check-in. When I arrived, the night receptionist mentioned in front of the person accompanying me that my reservation was for only one guest. I found this slightly indiscreet, as the person accompanying me might not necessarily have been the person I intended to stay with. Although this was not the case, I felt somewhat uncomfortable having to say that I did not wish to add another guest to my reservation while that person was standing beside me. I believe it would have been more discreet to simply ask whether I wished to add another guest, without mentioning the number of people on my reservation. Despite this, the receptionist was very kind, friendly and helpful. I have no other complaints. This is simply constructive feedback, as I really enjoyed my stay. ♡
