The hotel’s spot is great—close to the city, Hévízi Lake, and the lovely lakeside promenade, so everything’s easy to reach. The mattress was very comfortable, especially the firm one, though the pillows were a real disappointment; only the small pillow was usable for sleeping. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and several special items beyond the usual fare. Everything tasted very good. The parking was the only downside: the system was a bit tricky, the underground garage is a few houses away, the spots and the exit are tight, and the marks on the walls and columns show that others have had the same issue. For a four‑star hotel at this price, it’s a bit off‑key that parking costs an extra 3,500 Ft per night. The wellness area could also stay open longer; closing at 18:00 felt early, especially if you’re out exploring or attending events and only want to relax later. Overall, we felt good—the location, food, and comfy mattress were positives, but parking and the short wellness hours are things that should change.
