We didn’t try breakfast, slept in, and the hotel was pretty clean and well stocked, but we wished for more towels or easy access to them, and for pots and pans without extra cost. The main issue was the lack of housekeeping during our stay and the absence of extra towels or cooking utensils, although everything else was fine.

The staff was great, but the room was terrible: the refrigerator was filthy, the tub was filthy, and the sink was dirty—definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The manager was trying her best to be accommodating. The first room was not clean. The second room had dead cockroaches on the floor
