The hotel is right on the Elbe, with a very nice view and a good parking lot. The staff are very friendly. Cleaning can be done daily if you ask, and the same goes for towel changes (you have a choice). Breakfast is good, but 24 € is too expensive. The wardrobe is tall, but it’s hard to reach the upper shelves with a normal size. In the room with the toilet I miss a small table. The bins could be bigger. I also miss a good seat.

The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, and the hotel itself looks freshly renovated and clean. The service feels cheap, and on the second and third days the room didn’t get water or coffee refilled.

The breakfast was very good, varied, and the staff were helpful. I liked the thoughtful touches like umbrellas at the entrance, the fur‑lined spa, and the drink in the lobby. The seating area by the fireplace was cozy in the evenings and inviting to linger. The spa’s cleanliness and décor were very appealing. I would have preferred a diving pool or at least a small swimming pool in the spa, and the mats on the outdoor terrace were already worn out.

“Chillen in Style!”

A great, modern house with a lot of comfort and a nice view over the Elbe. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The breakfast buffet is good, with omelets and fried eggs freshly prepared on request. The restaurant next door is super tasty! What didn’t satisfy us was that in a “spa” we expected a pool or at least one or two whirlpools; instead we only have a series of saunas with quiet spots.
