The location was good for my plans, but the hotel needs major renovations, the rooms are in bad shape, poorly maintained, and the cleaning is awful.

The location is great, but one of the long‑haired concierge with a ponytail had a rough attitude. A blanket was dirty and another was broken, and the Wi‑Fi wouldn’t connect. At 6 am the buses for school groups stop right in front, leave the engines running, and the noise and smell are unbearable.
