The spot’s location is spot‑on and the place is spotless. It’s super clean and they tidy up daily if needed. Federico and Anthony are both very friendly and quick to respond to anything you ask for. A great place to stay in Rome. Everything was perfect.

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Termini Station. The area feels very safe, with plenty of restaurants and shops, yet it’s still a quiet spot. Federico, the host, is very polite, engaged, and attentive to guests. The Wi‑fi in the room was slow, and the shampoo felt more like shower gel, which my wife didn’t like.

The room was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with everything needed, including a safe and a mini fridge. The owner was very kind and super helpful. It’s just a stone’s throw from Termini Station, the Colosseum, and everything else.
