The hotel was excellent and the whole staff was great. The room was very comfortable with an unbeatable lake view. Nothing to complain about.

The spot was spot on, but the room was poorly furnished and it was obvious that smokers were in the room, which was really annoying.

The view, bed, and restaurant on the opposite street were very good. There was a parking lot with a charging station in the building. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke, like it was back in the era when hotels allowed smoking. The shower had mold on the edges—unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel. Street noise. The price didn’t match the quality.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired because there was no hot fare like bacon or sausage, though they did offer fried eggs; we also found no evening meals available except the night before we departed, and the bar was closed, so we had to call reception to get drinks delivered to our room.

A nice room with lake views, good bedding, and friendly, professional staff; however, the Lago hotel is too pricey, offers a lovely view but sits on a noisy road that the photos don’t show, and the parking should be free because there are no nearby spots.
