ENG Tsesi Estate is an absolute treasure in Racha. The moment you arrive, you feel the warmth and hospitality that make this place so special. The owner, Zuka, is incredibly kind and attentive — he goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel completely at home. The guesthouse is spotless and very comfortable, striking the perfect balance between traditional charm and modern convenience. You can really tell that every little detail has been thought through with care. The location couldn’t be more perfect — it’s nestled in the most scenic part of Tsesi, with a stunning view of the huge mountains right from the back balcony. Sitting there with a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine while looking out at the landscape feels magical. The traditional Georgian-style house and the vineyard nearby add so much character and authenticity. It’s cozy, peaceful, and full of heart — a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Расположение просто великолепное — дом находится в самой живописной части Цеси, с захватывающим видом на величественные горы прямо с заднего балкона. Сидеть там с чашкой кофе или бокалом местного вина, любуясь пейзажем, — настоящее удовольствие. The plot is large and almost nothing else is there besides the house, vineyard, and trees—so the village and nature feel very present. Close to the river, so you can hear it well, with a great view of all the surrounding mountains. The house is clean and well configured. The hosts are kind and did everything for our comfort. The house still isn’t fully set up for guest comfort—one had to enter through the neighbor’s gate (who was rarely there), there were no bedside tables, and no seating in the courtyard (but these will probably appear over time). For those who value privacy it might feel cramped—the house kitchen, shared toilet (if there are other guests).
