The property itself was beautifully maintained, with high-standard cottages that were well-equipped and even featured a heated pool.
The location was perfect, and I felt right at home.
The private pool was a dream come true, and the amenities left nothing to be desired.

A private terrace holds a jacuzzi and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware. The living area includes a flat‑screen satellite TV, a tea and coffee maker and air‑conditioning, while two separate bedrooms provide three beds for up to four guests. Two private bathrooms each feature a shower and a hairdryer.

Quiet, private, well‑furnished and fully meets expectations. The lack of a restaurant on site is a drawback; a simple “breakfast included” upgrade could push the rating to 10/10. The beachfront did not live up to expectations, so we drove to Cuvi Beach for a better snorkeling experience (see last photo).

The location is about 15 minutes from the center of Rovinj. The idea of cottages with a pool. The price is high and the service average. We were checked in after a storm, the whole terrace was full of needles and leaves. no one cleaned it, we had to clean for 30 minutes in the morning ourselves. We were only allowed to heat the pool, without our knowledge. We asked for a 2‑hour late check‑out. on booking there were 6 free cottages, and we were told they were fully occupied and it was impossible.
