The front desk staff were very attentive and friendly, always ready to help; coffee and tea were available 24/7; a transport point was right at the hotel door; my room was released before the official check‑in time. However, the room didn’t look like the photos, the box was too small, there was no soap in the dispenser, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the hotel was noisy with homeless people nearby.

“Great location, but disappointing stay because of air conditioning problem.”

The staff were friendly and the bed and bathroom were acceptable. The real issue was the air conditioning: it was either too hot or too cold because the thermostat didn’t work. I mentioned it several times each day but no one on site could fix it, and the off‑site technician never arrived. Each night I had to either keep the AC on and freeze or turn it off and open the window for any breeze. This really ruined my stay, and I was never offered a different room, a discount, or a clear explanation that the problem was beyond the staff’s ability.

“There is a thief in the facility.”

The 24/7 tea and coffee service was great. Unfortunately, my money was stolen: 95 British pounds and 50 euros.

The place was cozy and offered good value for the price. The parking situation was a drawback.

The building is beautiful and the staff was helpful. The room was small, aside from some cosmetic work that needed to be done.
