“Sehr schön”
The team was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed in Villa Cempaka, which was beautiful and spacious. Unfortunately, the pool was mostly shaded and thus quite cold, which left me sick for three days. The main pool, however, had a pleasant temperature. The villa shares a back fence with a neighboring hut on the field, which isn’t a big deal, but the kind gentleman who lives there seemed oddly interested in us and watched us all the time, which felt intrusive. We had booked a private villa to move around freely without being observed. Also, note that a villa has no door in the bathroom area, so privacy only exists when the other person leaves the room—probably not ideal for newlyweds. Overall, it was a nice place. On the downside, everyone talks about saving water, which is right, but the shower takes 4–5 minutes to warm up, so it’s not really water‑efficient.
