The location was ideal, everything was close by and there were routes to all parts of the city, so the place had everything needed for a good stay. Some issues popped up with the bathroom that had no water, but the staff kindly fixed it, and among hotels in Caracas it was very good.

The rooms were bright and the location was perfect, but everything felt a little dated.
