The service was flawless from start to finish, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well at a pleasant temperature, and the bauru I ordered for the room was absolutely delicious; the room and bathroom were clean. I understand the hotel wasn’t fully responsible, but I think they could have done more, especially since the room had a strong cigarette smell, likely from other guests who were smoking constantly.

I arrived at 19h30 one day and left at 05h30 the next, so I didn’t have enough time for a full review. Still, I liked the TV, which works and offers several streaming options (though they’re logged out). The room listing said there was no air conditioning, but there was, which was a pleasant surprise. I liked the shower. I couldn’t try the breakfast, served from 07h00 to 09h00. I booked a room mainly for the location, which I think is very good. I also found the mattress a bit hard, though I managed to sleep normally. The bed seemed a bit smaller than I expected, and I’m not sure if it’s a double or a single. I would have liked a sheet to cover me; only a blanket was provided, and although it’s thin, it warms more than a sheet, so I had to use the air‑conditioner to sleep because the day wasn’t cold.

The breakfast was very weak, and the corridors were noisy. I was woken at 5:00 by the kitchen noise while breakfast was being prepared, and the orange juice had run out.

We were really looking forward to a peaceful stay, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The constant shouting between the receptionist and guests who were only staying for an hour made it impossible to sleep - it honestly felt like a motel, which wasn't what we were told. With a kid in tow, we had to cut our losses and find another place at 2am. The whole vibe was just awful, from the subpar bedding and towels to the complete disregard for quiet hours.
